How much time will this take away from my team’s regular work?

Very little. Because Grateful Giving handles the heavy lifting of researching nonprofits and preparing the agenda, your employees only need to commit to one focused, 60-90-minute meeting per quarter.

How do we choose which employees participate?

It is entirely up to you. You can open it to company-wide applications, use it as a reward for top performers, or specifically target emerging leaders across different departments to foster collaboration.

What is the financial donation committment required?

Participating companies choose the amount for the quarterly donation. This includes a donation to the Grateful Giving Foundation to support the costs of the program and the grant given to the nonprofit that employees choose. As a 501(c)(3) public charity, all donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
