How do I cancel recurring donations?
To make changes, sign in and then navigate to the Explore Giving page. Here, you’ll see your active recurring donations and can click to remove any of them.
How do my selected nonprofits receive my donation?
All donations are processed by the Grateful Giving Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charity that operates the Grateful Giving platform. Donations are sent via check with the option for nonprofits to sign up for electronic payments. Smaller donations are aggregated to reduce administrative load for the recipient nonprofits and for Grateful Giving. If you need assistance, please contact us.
